Holter Monitor 24 Hours

The Holter monitor is a portable device worn by the patient over a normal 24-hour period to record the electrical activity and heart rate/rhythm.

Patient Preparation – No special preparation is necessary. The monitor is worn for 24 hours straight. Because the monitor cannot get wet, be sure to bathe before leaving your home and before the test.
